- Records time and place of machine events and machine parameters
- Automated documentation can be triggered by the machine itself, an external device or an installed acceleration sensor/gyro sensor
- Generates PDF documents and forwards them wired or wireless (WiFi / BT / mobile)
- Documents are also provided via machines.cloud
- Customized document structure, design and content
The Documentation Assistant records the time and place of machine events and machine parameters. This information is provided for maintenance and servicing purposes or to support the machine user. The Documentation Assistant automatically generates a PDF file, which can be implemented in almost any structure, any design and any content. This PDF can be accessed via USB (e.g. USB stick), on-board Ethernet or a wireless connection (WiFi / BT / Mobil) as well as via machines.cloud. The user can choose how the documents are to be saved on the machine. Machine events trigger the creation of a document by using an installed acceleration sensor/gyro sensor or external devices such as a USB stick, which is connected to the optional USB port. The solution is a TCG (third or forth generation) in combination with a software application, which runs on the Linux environment of the TCG. For this, a TCG with internal antennae or – if required and depending on the installation place – also a TCG with additional external antennae can be used. External antennae provide improved reception and transmission conditions for both tracking (GPS / GLONASS / BeiDou) and communication (BT / WiFi / mobile).
