In September, 15 young people are starting their careers at Sensor-Technik Wiedemann GmbH (STW) and Kaufbeurer Mikrosysteme Wiedemann GmbH (KMW).
In the next two to three years, they will be trained as office clerks, electronic technicians for devices and systems, industrial clerks, machine and system operators, mechatronics engineers, digital media designers and micro technologists.
STW has an excellent reputation nationwide for its apprenticeships. “We believe that it is our responsibility to provide young people with well-founded apprenticeships, paving the way for a successful career,” says Managing Director Katharina Wiedemann. In the last few years, many of the company’s apprentices achieved top grades, coming top of the class or receiving national prizes.
One factor in achieving innovative, high-quality STW products is our highly qualified staff and their extraordinary commitment. Apprentices receive informative, comprehensive training, working in different departments; they take part in training courses and receive individual supervision. That allows our trainees to gain a lot of practical experience and to be able to use their knowledge as qualified members of staff in different areas and departments after their traineeship is completed.
By employing 15 new trainees, STW is supporting the regional economy.
We wish our new employees a successful start and lots of fun during their traineeships.
