The BCX body control units provide intelligent power distribution and are available as a standard product as well as customer-tailored development. They can be used in various machine sizes and can, amongst other things, function as cabin control units.
The product spectrum of body control units can be subdivided into two development stages based on the know-how of the passive central electrics:

BCX - I/O expansion (passive central electrics + I/Os)
Our body control units with I/O expansion are equipped as a standard measure with wakeup inputs and semiconductor outputs. All fuses and relays are equipped with a diagnostics function. The relays can also be switched via the control unit. This permits full integration into the vehicle network.

BCX - active / intelligent body control unit (passive body control system + I/O expansion + intelligence)
Our active and intelligent body control units combine a control unit and a central electric to form a single electric system.
Customer-specific developments can also be realized for intelligent central electrics.

GOLDHOFER

Goldhofer aircraft tractors move all aircrafts – from the Embraer 170 to the A340 – safely thanks to ESX control units.

KUKA

The software for the KUKA omniMove was developed as a safety application in accordance with the V model, using an ESX-3XL.
