The use of cloud-based AI services is useful for analyzing and visualizing machine data and drawing conclusions for optimizing operational processes. The Basic IoT Bundle makes it possible to connect to the Amazon Web Services ecosystem and thus process machine data with AI tools. Data analytics and processing as well as machine learning services can be integrated in a user-friendly way.

The REST API of the AWS services allows raw data and processed data to be forwarded natively to ERP , CRM, or any other system. This makes it even easier for operators of construction machinery, agricultural machinery, forestry machinery and municipal machinery to optimize their work processes.

STW's Basic IoT Bundle uses the TCG-4 data module to securely send machine data to cloud services via LTE or WiFi. SSL certificates and encryption protect against cyberattacks. This infrastructure makes over-the-air updates easy to implement without the need for wired installations.

The TCG-4 supports local and cloud-based updates, which enables flexible applications, even in remote areas. Intelligent security mechanisms prevent interruptions and minimize cyber risks. It also already meets the requirements of the Cyber Resilience Act, which comes into force in 2027.

Freely programmable controllers from the ESX family that have an i.MX6 Linux co-processor can also use the IoT bundle of the TCG-4 and easily take advantage of the data module via an external modem.

You have the ability to collect machine data, transfer it encrypted to your cloud account and store it in a bucket.
