Both the acquisition and recording of vehicle data available on a CAN bus, as well as from internal, external, analog or digital sensors, form the basis for condition monitoring and for digitalization. GPS position data, values from an acceleration sensor as well as the analog and digital multifunctional inputs and outputs can also be used. The telemetry module can be configured to store data continuously as a datalogger and as a black box. Event-controlled recording thus takes up less memory space.
