With our automation solutions, we realize driving and working functions for mobile machines. Our electronic control units control hydraulic, pneumatic or electric actuators via a variety of standard interfaces, including CAN and digital, analog and PWM outputs. The control units input sensor data via current and voltage inputs as well as CAN, LIN or SENT inputs.
The free scalability of the STW automation solution, and the modularity of the control units, allow a high degree of freedom in the design of the application system. From the implementation of simple centralized system to complex decentralized system architectures. A modular building block principle and the associated software toolchain reduces the development and implementation effort and the through life support. Open interfaces and a range of non-proprietary programming options allow an easy transfer of technology to other control solutions and reuse in further application developments.
CASE STUDIES
While we are proud of our products and solutions, it is through our customers’ applications that the power in the innovative technology is unleashed. Whether fully networked, highly automated, or operating fully autonomously, an effective mobile machine represents first class interdisciplinary engineering. Robust and safe integration into the system architecture of the machine and its work processes, while remaining convenient and user friendly, is the main focus. With thanks to our customers, here we would like to present a small selection of example applications.
